Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite both need one more team member for Blood & Guts. Claudio Castagnoli, who famously teamed with Hero as the Kings of Wrestling in ROH and other independent promotions, is part of Blood & Guts as a member ofඣ Blackpool Combat Club.
