"It was a little different in that every single time I went out for another competition it was something that I’d trained for and done a million times, and I knew exactly what I was going out there to do," said Rousey. "At the Royal Rumble, I knew for a fact that I had no clue about what I was doing! I just had to believe in myself, and I thought what’s the worst that can happen? That’s not a reason to not try and do something great," she added.

Before WWE Roy📖al Rumble, Rousey was🦋 studying in preparation for joining WWE.

"I’ve been talking to a lot of wrestlers I really respect and asking them for homework. They’ve given me videos and specific matches to watch, so I’ve been getting a crash-course from a bunch of different people and their opinions of important and pivotal matches to watch," said Rousey.

The two wrestlers Rousey named as influences were Brian Kendrick who helped train her for competition and Roddy Piper who she studied on film. Also in the interview, she talked about her former boss UFC President Dana White and how he measures up to Vince McMahon and she spoke briefly about CM Punk and his efforts in UFC.
