- Booker T. Huffman & Vic Joseph welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Last Chance Qualifying Match For Women's Iron Survivor Challenge: Wren Sinclair (w/ Charlie Dempsey) def. Kelani Jordan, Cora Jade & Jaida Parker via Pinfall (Flatback Pin).
- In attempting to attack Jaida Parker, Lola Vice hit a backfist on Sinclair, leading to Sinclair landing on top of an unconscious Cora Jade for the win.
- Eddy Thorpe was interviewed backstage but was interrupted by Lexis King trying to speak to him ahead of their match tonight.
- Jaida Parker came to the ring to call out Lola Vice for an impromptu match; however, Ava interrupted to announce Parker would face Vice in an Underground Match. Vice interrupted and said Parker's ego would cot her because she was entering a world without a brick to help her. Parker said she did not need it and shoved Vice to the mat, with her head on the apron.
- Brinley Reece, Dion Lennox & Karmen Petrovic spoke backstage before Petrovic received a bouquet from Ashante Adonis.
- NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) spoke ahead of Axiom's match
- NXT Tag Team Championship - #1 Contender's Battle Royal Match: No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne & Tavion Heights) def. The D'Angelo Family (Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo), OTM (Lucien Price & Bronco Nima), Hank & Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger), Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura, Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey), and Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupon.
- Eric Bischoff hosted face-to-face with Ridge Holland and NXT Champion Trick Williams ahead of their match on NXT Deadline. Holland said he would take NXT by the throat, but Williams responded by saying he was bland and vanilla. Holland responded by saying Williams was soft and he would walk out as NXT Champion. This led to Holland & Williams brawling outside of the ring before Holland hit The Redeemer DDT on Williams on the broadcast table.
- Karmen Petrovic (w/ Ashante Adonis) def. Nikkita Lyons via Pinfall (High Roundhouse Kick).
- Shawn Spears, Niko Vance & Brooks Jensen spoke backstage before they confronted Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley, with Spears saying he looked forward to Dolin's return match tonight.
- No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Tavion Heights, Myles Borne & Wren Sinclair) spoke backstage, where they said they would take over at NXT Deadline.
- Gigi Dolin (w/ Tatum Paxley) def. Izzi Dame via Pinfall (Crucifix Driver).
- Shawn Spears watched the match from the ramp.
- Je'Von Evans was interviewed backstage but was interrupted by none other than two-time WWE Hall of Famer X-Pac, who wished Evans luck on the Men's Iron Survivor Challenge.
- Last Chance Qualifying Match For Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Eddy Thorpe def. Lexis King, Cedric Alexander & Axiom (w/ Nathan Frazer) via Pinfall (Single Leg Hook).
- NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez came to the ring to preview the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge, saying they were fighting for the right to lose to her after NXT Deadline. Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Sol Ruca, ZARIA, & Sol Ruca confronted her, but Perez reminded them they needed to fight each other before getting their hands on her. The four brawled, allowing Wren Sinclair to lay out Perez at ringside.
- The show ended with security guards discovering Eddy Thorpe being laid out backstage.
