Some things 🔥don’t age well, or were never really that great in the firs🧔t place.
Sean Waltman on his podcast recently talked about the infamous skit wher𓄧e D-Generation X parodied The Nation, with all of DX impersonating all the members. When bringing up the topic about him wearing bl꧙ackface to impersonate Mark Henry, X-Pac said that he had reservations about doing something like that.
"I wish I could say I was forced, but I mean, I protested" Waltman said regarding the decision to go forward with wearing the paint. "I've had people on both sides of that tell me, 'Oh no it's OK'. I'm going with them, I wish I hadn't done it almost. Ya know? I mean some people thought it was great and whatever that's fine, but I just didn't know."
While the skit is relatively infamous in wrestling circles, WWE has never posted the video on their YouTube page🤡, proba🦩bly for these reasons.
