Trick Williams won the NXT Championship f♋or the first time by defeating Ilja Dragunov in the main event of NXT Spring𝔉 Breakin' Week One.

Williams has quickly climbed up the ladder in NXT in recent months. He had a brief reign as the NXT North American Champion, and he reached the next level by beating Carmelo Hayes in the main event of NXT Stand & Deliver. Williams 💟then defeated Hayes in a Steel Cage Match on the April 16 episo🌃de of NXT.
