Roman Reigns comments on the possibility of becoming a talking head who gives his thoughts on the wrestling industry once he's done as an active ൩competitor.
These days, the idea of a professional wrestler, even one syꦓnonymous with WWE, hosting a podcast and revealing secrets about their time in the industry isn't the Earth-shattering thought it once was. Stone Cold Steve Austin hosted a very famous podcast and The Undertaker now hosts a weekly podcast. Roman Reigns is currently the top star in WWE, but even he knows that there would be money in the pairing of him and Paul Heyman discussing ♚the business that has consumed their lives.
Reigns commented on the potential of becoming one of the names that just makes a living talking about wrestling once he's done in the squared c🐓ircle. However, he suggestꦗs that most fans assume that he is on a boat somewhere once he's done in pro wrestling.
"It’s hard to tell because it’s different. People would probably pay a lot of money just to hear me and Paul (Heyman) talk about wrestling or watch it live and talk about wrestling and give our take or how we think, just watching as fans. I don’t want to say I’m going to be done ‘done’ because if you can sit on your phone and make a bunch of money just watching something, why not do it? Look at the Mannings [Eli Manning & Peyton Manning]. If it does come down to it and you’re like, ‘Where did Roman go?’ Just assume he’s catching a fish right now and is on a boat."
Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns stood tall after Survivor Series: WarGames. However, it was thanks in part to CM Punk, who is now owed a favor by Heyman.
Roman Reigns also recently spoke about his rivalry with Seth Rollins. Read his comments on that here.
