Penta’s AEW deal is coming up soon, butꦗ Rey Fenix’s is not.
Fightful reported this week that Penta’s contract with the company is up next week, but Fenix has a lot more time left on his. When speaking to those with knowledge of the situ🔜at🐻ion, it was claimed to Fightful that Rey Fenix’s AEW contract extends well into next year due to the injury time that will be added to it.
Fenix and Penta were expected to wrap up with AEW in the fall and head to WWE, but when AEW caught wind of it, added injury time to their deals. We’ve not heard of creative plans for Fenix, but🤡 at one point Death Triangle were slated to win the AEW Trios Titles at AEW All In.
