- Booker T. Huffman & Vic Joseph welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- Giulia came to the ring for a promo to celebrate being the 2024 Women's Iron Survivor but was immediately interrupted by the NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez. Perez congratulated Giulia on the win, but she continued to emphasize that Giulia was not on her level and would beat Giulia again. Cora Jade appeared at ringside and revealed she laid out Stephanie Vaquer backstage. Perez & Jade then attacked Giulia but Kelani Jordan made the save.
- Multiple members of the NXT Roster were watching Ethan Page's promo from NXT Deadline before Ethan Page was confronted by The D'Angelo Family (Tony D'Angelo, Channing Lorenzo, Luca Crucifino & Adrianna Rizzo), who offered a shot at the title to Page. Page was hesitant but he ended up accepting the challenge.
- After Lexis King spoke with Charlie Dempsey, Dempsey met with the rest of the No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne, Tavion Heights & Wren Sinclair) and congratulated them on their efforts at WWE Deadline before OTM (Jaida Parker, Lucien Price & Bronco Nima) confronted them. This led to an argument before the broadcast team transitioned into the next match.
- Je'Von Evans def. Wes Lee via Pinfall (Corkscrew Splash).
- Nathan Frazer and Axiom spoke backstage. Axiom apologized to Frazer for doubting him, to which Frazer responded by giving Axiom his due for his efforts in the title match. Frazer said he would make things right with Axiom.
- There was a vignette for Yoshiki Inamura & Josh Briggs as a team.
- Sarah Schreiber interviewed Giulia and Kelani Jordan outside the trainer's room. They vowed to make Perez and Jade pay tonight after what they did to Vaquer.
- ZARIA & Sol Ruca spoke backstage before they were interrupted by The Meta Girls (Lash Legend &
- Hank & Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) def. Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont via Pinfall (HONK HONK on Dupont).
- Oba Femi came to the ring to brag about becoming the 2024 Men's Iron Survivor in his first match and vowed to win the NXT Title at New Year's Evil. NXT Champion Trick Williams interrupted to confront his challenger, but they were immediately interrupted by Eddy Thorpe putting the blame on Femi for being laid out last week, but Femi denied the accusations. Williams said he had been through the same path as Femi and vowed to make his legacy as champion by defeating Femi, but Femi responded with some venom by saying the only reason there was a "Whoop That Trick" Era was because he allowed and that the truth was he would take that belt easily at New Year's Evil. After that, Thorpe confronted
- Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Jasmyn Nyx & NXT Women's North American Champion Fallon Henley) talked backstage, where they agreed to take down Gigi Dolin.
- Izzi Dame confronted Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley ahead of their match but was interrupted by Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen & Niko Vance. Spears put over Dame's efforts last week, but Dame responded by saying she did not need anyone's praise.
- Fatal Influence (Jazmyn Nyx & Jacy Jayne) (w/ Fallon Henley) def. Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley via Pinfall (Rolling Forearm from Jayne on Paxley).
- Fatal Influence continued to attack Dolin & Paxley after the match, but Shotzi made her return from injury to make the save.
- Axiom spoke with Frazer backstage, who said he wanted to get back at Femi by facing Oba Femi next week; however, Frazer revealed he got them a tag title defense for next week. Axiom was frustrated by this.
- NXT Men's North American Championship Match: Tony D'Angelo (c) (w/ Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Luca Crucifino & Adrianna Rizzo) def. Ethan Page via Pinfall (Standing Ovation Slam).
- Lexis King spoke with Ryan Leaf before being interrupted by Charlie Dempsey, who accepted King's challenge for the NXT Heritage Cup only if he was willing to do a training session with him. King agreed to the terms.
- Ethan Page was interviewed in the NXT Parking Lot, where he said he felt ashamed of his recent performances before storming out of the interview.
- Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade def. Giulia & Kelani Jordan via Pinfall (Death Rider from Jade on Jordan).
- Stephanie Vaquer appeared after the match and attacked Jade before destroying Jade's bat.
- Eddy Thorpe was backstage signing the contract for his title match against Trick Williams as Ava told Thorpe they were still looking into who attacked him backstage; however, Thorpe revealed he knew who it was: himself, and he did it to evade 25 minutes of carnage to cut the line. Ava was bamboozled to end the broadcast.
