If you're expecting the WWE Network to broadcಌast WWE's upcoming Starrcade house show, then you might be disappointed.
According to a report, the company is electing to not air the event due to financial reasons. Wrestling Observer Radio reports that companওy executives don't see any financial benefit in airing the 𓆉special event and that it would bring unnecessary costs. They view the event as something that won't help increase WWE Network subscribers.
The live show, which is being branded as a SmackDown live event, takes place on November 25th in Greensboro, North✤ Carolina and has a double main event, both of wh🍃ich are steel cage matches. The advertised card was as follows:
- Steel Cage Match: Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
- Smackdown Women’s Championship Steel Cage Match: Natalya vs. Charlotte Flair
- United States Championship Triple Threat Match: AJ Styles vs. Baron Corbin vs. Rusev
- Smackdown Tag Team Championship Texas Tornado Match: The New Day vs. The Usos
- Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens
- Bobby Roode vs. Dolph Ziggler
- Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express
- Breezango vs. Aiden English and Mike Kanellis
Despite the lack of financial benefit airing Starrcade has, it doesn't mean the company is in any financial trouble. In fact, it is quite the opposite. The company recently announced that is expecting record profits and the latest WWE Network subscribers count for the third quarte♑r of 2018 fell within 2 per🌃cent of their projections.
