An update on The Elite.
During Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, a vignette aired going through the history of The Elite (Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks) where the trio were "erased" out of m🅺oments as their words faded. Omega and the Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) are Executive Vice Presidents of the promotion and three of the most decorated wrestlers in company history.
Omega is a former AEW World Champion, the ♋Young Bucks are former two-time AEW Tag Team Champions, and the Elite are former AEW Trios Champions.
It is unknown when t💞he trio will return to 𒅌television.

The Elite haven't been on television since AEW All Out when they won the AEW Trios Championships, defeating Dark Order (Hangman Page, John Silver, & Alex Reynolds) in the finals of the tournament. After AEW All Out ended, Omega and the Bucks were involved in an altercation with CM Punk and Ace Steel regarding Punk's comments made towards them, Colt Cabana, and Hangman during his post⛄-show press conference.
All parties were initially suspended following the altercation and an investigation took place. Steel has been fired by AEW while Punk and AEW are reportedly working on a contract buyout. The Elite vacated t🐲he Trios Championships as a result of their suspension.
On Wednesday, published the f𝕴ollowing report re🌼garding The Elite:
We've learned that for the first time since AEW All Out, there is talk backstage of Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks coming back to work, at the very least in a backstage capacity. One source said they heard it could happen "imminently," but nobody we heard from could definitively tell us when it🐭's expected.
Fightful Select has learned that over the last couple of weeks, the most movement out of the situation has happened since the incident took place. We were told that a meeting was sc💟heduled for last week, but we're ꦑin the dark on the context of those.
