CM Punk kicking off the show and more has been added to t💮he next episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.
As WWE Raw kicks off its final month on cable television before transitioning over to Netflix on January 6, the stars will be on full force in Everett, Washington, as WWE kicks off the red brand's road to Saturday Night's Main Event on Decembe෴r 14.
Adam Pearce announced on social media on December 1 that the December 2 episode of Raw will begin with CM Punk. Punk is fresh off of his second consecutive victory on WWE PLEs since returning to the company in 2023. He teamed with Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Jimmy Uso in WarGames at WWE Survivor Sꦦeries and defeated Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Bronson Reed, Tonga Loa, and Tama Tonga. Now, he can look ahead to the future.
It was pr♉eviously announced that the tournament to crown the inaugural WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion would begin on December 2. Adam Pearce has now announced that the first match in the tournament will see Shayna Baszler, Katana Chance, and Dakota Kai fighting to advance.
Lastly, it was announced that the remaining members of Damage CTRL, Kairi Saಌne and IYO SKY will take on Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan. SKY has the first crack at a Women's World Championship match against Liv Mo꧃rgan, having won a Battle Royal in November at WWE Raw in Riyadh.
