A change has been made to the WWE World Cup.
On Raw, Acting General Manger Baron Corbin announced that Bobby Lashley would replace John Cena in the World Cup. Corbin's reasoning is that Lashley did him a solid by taking out Finn Ba💞l꧃or and that Cena did not even qualify to be in the tournament.
As previously reported, John Cena was refusing to go to Saudi Arabia following their alleged involvement in the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Prior to last Monday's Raw, it was ꧟reported that members of the WWE creative team we♏re told that Cena was "100 percent off" Croꦏwn Jewel. However, up until tonight, Cena had been advertised for the Nꦛov. 2 show.
Daniel Bryan is also reportedly refusing to go to Saudi Arabia, but is currently still scheduled to face AJ Stylꦅes for the WWE Title on Friday.
