Allie had some reservations aboutą¹ becoming the Allš¦ie character, but itās all for the best.
Sportskeeda to Allie šabout Gail Kimās importance to her career and how excited she is to share a ring with her at Bound for Glory:
Well, Iāve looked up to Gail since beforše I started wrestling and I actually heard so many stories about her at the school I was training in ā Squared Circle Training; Gail also did some training at that school. So, I had so much about Gail, how athletic she was, how amazing she was, and then to be able to debut for Impact Wrestling against Gail, and now flash forāward to Bound For Glory to able to share the ring with her during her retirement year, itās kinda like mind-blowing for me and itās an honor to share the ring with her.
She also talked ź¦about the Allie character and how she initially had some reservations about her portrašying that character:
So whatās great about Allie and the chšaracter is thereās a lot of me in Allie. When I was first introduced as Allie, there was a part of me that was worried because the character is so innocent, naĆÆve and afraid of things. So, a part of me was worried about that because Iām a very independent person and I have no problem standing up for myself. So that part of it was difficult. But, the part whereā¦ you know, I think a lot of people that know me, know that Iām a very happy person, Iām very positive, I love animals, Iām Vegan, I like to stand up for whatās right, and a lot of those qualities are in Allie. So, thereās a big part of me in the character.
Allie will be a part of a fatal four way between Gail Kim, Taryn Terrell and Knockouts champion Sienna at Bound for Glory, taking place November 5 in Ontario, Canada.
