Jeff Jarrett is facing allegations of wrestling inebriated during a show thi🌳s past weekend in Canada.
Pro Wrestling Sheet Steven Ewaschuk, the promoter of Real Canadian Wrestling in Canada who booked Jeff Jarrett. He claimed that Jarrett arrived to the venue on Friday drunk, and appeared slightly intoxicated. Jarrett claimed that he had trouble at the border and made an aꦺgreement with a border agent that he would be back at the airport at 6 a.m. the next morning to deal with the issue.
Ewaschuck further claimed that during the show, Jeff Jarrett passed out drꦆunk in the locker room. When it came time to sign autographs during intermission, Jarrett had to be woken up. When it was time to come out for the match, he didn't come out, causing his opponent to say that Jarrett was upstairs getting drunk. Jarrett eventually did make his way out to the ring, and proceeded to have the kind of match where it appeared he was inebriated:
Ewaschuk paid Jarrett after the match, saying tꦰhat he wasn't happy over the situation. Jarrett promised that he would update him on his border situation the next day, but instead never showed up to the next show in Edmonton, instead optin⛄g to go home.
When Pro Wrestling Sheet contacted Jeff Jarrett🍸 for a response, he denied the allegations and called the promoter a "amateur".
No word if this has anything to do with his termination with Impꦫact Wrestling that went down on Monday morning.
