Jax said it all started with her and her cousin coming to WrestleMania 28 to watch The Rock vs. John Cena. Her𓂃 interest in the business blossomed from there, and she started to see if she could find a wrestling school to begin training. After The Rock had heard of the Performanc♔e Center, Jax, who's a family member of The Rock, got a three-day tryout in Orlando.

"I had the three-day tryout at the Performance Center," Jax said. "I tried out and it was definitely cardio-based and there's bruises all over my body taking those bumps for the first time. It was amazing though. I thought, 'I need to do this. This is awesome.' After those three days, they said that they'll get back to me in a few months and let me know if I got signed or not. I didn't hear anything from anybody. But then Hunter contacted Dwayne and let him know saying, 'hey, we're going to give her a shot and bring her out to Orlando and sign her.'"

Jax was signed by WWE in 2014 where she started out in NXT for a couple of years until being drafted by Raw in the 2016 WWE Draft. The full podcast can be listened t🌺o
