Former UFC light heavyweight champion now politician, Tito Ortiz has been filmed being involved in a heated altercation with a Huntington Beach citizen who ju༺st wanted to ask him a question. Ortiz, who on November 5 was announced as one of the winners of the Huntington Beach City Council election, was seen getting in the person's face.
