Volkanovski (16-1-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, defeating Yusuke Kasuya, Mizuto Hirota and Shane Young. Volkanovski enters the fight on the strength of a thirteen bout winning streak and he hasn’t suffered a defeat in over four years. Volkanovski ꦰwas also the first ever Roshambo MMA Featherweight Champion, defeating Anton Zafir by fourth round TKO at Roshambo 1 in 2013 to win the belt.
