The restraining order was filed after an incident took place at the Ferguson household approximately one week ago after Tony had allegedly taken their two year old son from her parents house to their home and then c🐻hanged the locks on the doors. Christina didn’t fear for the child’s safety and the police that were dispatched to the house left after determining that no crime was committed or no custody order was issued.

MMA Jun🤪kie has alsꦆo obtained five different police reports that detail various domestic disturbances at the Ferguson residence since January of last year.

On February 19 of this year, according to the report, police conducted a welfare check on Tony after the UFC star made threats towards his wife and child. Police would speak to an unidentified female who told them that Tony hadn’t slept in three days and was breaking the home apart, including damaging the fire🍷 place and the fighter had also believed that a computer chip was implanted in his leg.

Just three days earlier (Febr💖uary 16), police were called to the Ferguson home by Christina, who was at a nearby park. Christina had told police that while Tony wasn’t violent towards her or their child, one thing the UFC fighter was doing was throwing holy water at his wife. A police officer had advised Ferguson to see a doctor to get evaluated, which Ferguson did and was deemed not a threat to anybody or himself. 𝕴However, both his wife and child were advised to take their child to her parent's house.

Police were also called to the Ferguson homestead on two separate occasions in January of 2018, with Tony’s father stating that his son was out of contꦉrol. Tony had also reported that Christina was missing at one point, it is unknown if she did go missing at that particular poi🐻nt in time.

Paradigm Management would is🃏s⛦ue the following statement to MMA Junkie on the matter:

“This is a🧸 private fami🥀ly matter that is in the process of being resolved.”

There had been reports that Ferguson was set to face UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway for the vacant UFC Interim Lightweight Title at U🤡FC 236, but these incidents may be why Ferguson wouldn’t get the fight, which was event🦂ually offered to and accepted by Dustin Poirier.

It should be noted that Tony has not been arrested or charged with any crimes as of this wr🤡iting.
