Khabib Nurmagomedov and UFC Interim Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson are battling for the undisputeꦇd lightweight title in the main event of UFC 223.
The lightweight contender isn’t just plann👍ing on winning the gold that night, but plans on making it all look easy.
“I’m going to make this fight easy,” Khabib told . “I want people to talk about this fight ‘wow, nobody had done this before to Tony Ferguson. Like I did with Michael Johnson like I did with Rafael dos Anjos like I did with Edson Barboza. With everybody.”
Nurmagomedov and Ferguson have been scheduled to meet in the UFC several times before, but injuries have always prevented the c📖lash from happening.
One reason that Nurmagomedov believes he can win the fight is due to the unbreakable feeling the fig♌hter has while training.
“I’m different. I’m from the mountains,” Khabib said. “I grew up in a very tough place. I’m not from here, beautiful life, America. I grew up in a very tough place. I cannot give up; I never give up. (In) training, amateurs, professional, nobody can make me give up because, in my opinion, I always think I’m unbreakable.”
