Justin Ledet Has Been Rolling With The Punches

Justin Ledet made his UFC debut in 2016, defeating Mark Godbeer by submission and Chase Sherman by unanimous decision. However, with a third UFC bout on the horizon at UFC Fight Night 10💝4, Ledet has simply been rolling with the punches.

“I really didn’t know what to think because they had been just feeding me newcomers – debuters and everything,” Ledet said to . “I really didn’t know what the UFC thought of me, but now, I’m just taking stuff as it comes, so whoever they want to feed me next, however it goes, we’re just rolling with the punches right now.”

Ledet doesn’t know exactly how to classify himself in the UFC, whether he’s a newcomer or a veteran, but it doesn’t m🀅atter to him in the end.

“It’s weird,” Ledet explained. “I definitely wouldn’t classify myself as a vet, but I really wouldn’t classify myself as a newcomer either. Really, we’ve just been taking these fights, and this past 2016 year for me has just been kind of wild. Kind of been taking it as it comes, so when I’m that locker room, it’s kind of the same mindset. We’re just in there, and we’re just kind of having fun. That’s really been the setting for my year – just been having fun and taking what comes.”
