Colby Covington and controversy seem to go together. Whether it's trading verbal jabs with Rafael dos Anjos, Tyron Woodley...or even Charles Bennett!?
Nicknamed "Felony," the former "Krazy Horse" had a confrontation with Covington at a recent Cam Soda MMA event. When speaking to 365betvisa-slots.com's James Lynch, Covington said things🧜 𝔍weren't as they appeared.
"That was actually Jon Jones. He just got off one of his crack binges, his cocaine binges. He tried to take a swing at me and fortunately my impeccable reflexes dodged it. Jon Jones needs to stay in his lane," said Covington.
Of course Covington still𝔉 has issues with Mike Perry af🍬ter he took aim at Perry's now ex-girlfriend following a fight Perry lost. Covington doesn't think that Perry is long for the world in the UFC.
"There's not really a beef there. There's different levels to this. Mike Perry will be fighting in Indian casinos by the end of the year, and I'll have the UFC gold around my waist," said Covington.
During a recent interview with Lynch, former also spoke of issues with Covington. However, when Lynch approached Covington about the situation, he claimed to not have any info and even said he wasn't 🍷aware of such.
"I don't know who that is, so I don't know anything about that," claimed Colby.
It's worth noting that Bu𒅌bba Jenkins has also trained at American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida as well. Col⛄by Covington referenced Jenkins' losses in Bellator MMA on an Instagram post, and Jenkins would later say that Covington had a "fake personality."
