Dana Whiteā wasn't happy about the MMA Athletes Aš¬ssociation announcement, and was less happy about longtime rival Bjorn Rebney'sĀ involvement.
On this weąµ©ek's the UFC President took aim at the former š½Bellator President Rebney, calling him a 'scumbag.'
āListen, I donāt know enough about it to really speak on it. The only thing I need to know is the biggest scumbag in the history of combat sports ā BjorkĀ (Bjorn Rebney).Ā is involved in this thing," White said.
Whiteš also spoke out about the association itself and Rebney's involvement.Ā
"If youāre a fighterĀ thereās three unions out there now all battling against each other. If youāre a fighter, these guys are all looking to get in your pocket. Itās another business, itās a business where guys are going to make money. And if youāre a fighter and this is what you want to do, youāve got to figure out whose hand you want in your pocket. And I guarantee you; you donāt want Bjorkās hand in your pocket."
