You can see WWE's announcement below:
WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon announced today that Universal Champion Brock Lesnar has re-signed with WWE. Lesnar’s next appearance is scheduled for the Greatest Royal Rumble event, where he will compete against Roman 𓆏Reigns in a Steel Cage M🧸atch for the Universal Title at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27, at 7 p.m. AST.
The Greatest Royal Rumble ওwill stream live on the award-winning WWE Network and will be availab🃏le on pay-per-view outside of the Middle East with regional broadcast information forthcoming. Tickets for this historic event will be available on Friday, April 13.
The event will also๊ feature the first-ever 50-man Greatest Royal Rumbl🔜e Match, John Cena vs. Triple H and six other championship matches.
General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia Chairman, His Excellency Turki Al-Sheikh, WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon, and the Kingdom🅠 of Saudi Arabia, invite the world to celebrate this signature event.
It's worth noting that we reported months ago that Lesnar was actually under WWE contract beyond WrestleMania after his contract was frozen ⛎in 2016 while he pursued his UFC return.
Lesnar has flirted with a potential UFC fight again, in something that seems to be an annual tradition. In 2015, Lesnar infamously "decided" between UFC and WWE before re-signing to be a pro wrestler. In 2017, he and Jon Jones teased a "superfight," and this year UFC President Dana White outright said Lesnar was coming back.
Lesnar "retired" from the UFC in early 2017, pulling himself from UFC's mandatory United States♚ Anti Doping Agency drug testing. As he still had six months of a USADA suspension to serve, he's ineligible to fight until he takes care of that. Whenever Lesnar re-enters the pool, he'll be tested and the USADA website will be updated with that information within a week.
