CM Punk and 🌟Colt Cabana did not go♛ to trial today.
Back in 2014, CM Punk left WWE and then appeared on Colt Cabana's podcast to explain why he left the company. He alleged a doctor employed by WWE Chris Amann allowed him to compete in the Royal Rumble match with a staph infection among other wrong doings. Amann then filed a lawsuit against the two wrestlers for libel.
On Monday, the tria༒l was due to start but according to Austin Kellerman of the trial was delayed because of a judge reassignment.

CM Punk is fighting at UFC 225 in 19 days against Mike Johnson. It will be CM Punk's second fight in mixed-martial-arts and Fightful will have live coverage of the event.
