Drew McIntyre became the number one contender to the NXT title during Friday Night's NXT Taping🍃s. The Scottish star defeated Sanity's Killian Dane for 🦩the honor.
Bobby Roode successfully defended his NXT title against Roderick Strong on the same show, so he and McIntyre are set for a colꦬlision course this summer. Roode has defeated McIntyre twice on NXT live events, and won a couple of triple threat matches over hi🎀m in TNA.
