Ring Of Honor Has Date Scheduled For 2019 In Madison Square Garden

Madison Square Garden has been eyed by a few wrestling promotions outside of W🦩WE.

So far this year, there have been rumors and reports of promotions beside WWE doing shows at Madison Square Garden in the future. Last week there were reports that Lucha Libre promotion AAA has a date reserved at the venue, Cody Rhodes tweeted about putting All In 2 a🐽t the New York arena, and now in an interview with the Sinclair Broadcasting CEO Chris Ripley said Ring of Honor has a date secured for 2019.

Ripley said Ring of Honor has been encouraged by the growth of professional wrestling from WWE's recent broadcasting rights deals to All In selling 10,000 tickets in less than an hour. He also said Ring of Honor has been broadcasted on Sinclair stations but the company is open to selling the rights to their television shows for the right buyer aওnd price down the road.

Later this year, WWE will return to Madison Square Garden for a Live Event where the Undertaker will make an appearance. The aren♔a has been nearly exclusive to WWE as a professional wrestling venue ♈until these recent reports about other promotions.
