At Chaotic Wrestling's Breaking Point event on November 15, it was announced that Ricky Smokes has been signed as a prospect to the WWE Independent Developme♑nt program.
Smokes is a regular with Wrestling Open. He and Brad Baylor won the Wrestling Open Tag Team🧜 Championship at the Wrestling Open event on November 14. Smokes has also wrestled for CAP, Beyond, Limitless, and other promotions in recent months.
