- NXT Tag Team Championship: Nathan Frazer & Axiom (c) vs. Je'Von Evans & Cedric Alexander.

- After a video recap of NXT Halloween Havoc, Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Casket Match: Tatum Paxley def. Wendy Choo.
- Trick Williams cut a promo in-ring, where he called Bubba Ray Dudley to the ring. Ray said that no one came to save him at NXT Halloween Havoc because he was holding the top prize. Williams offered Ray to be his partner on the 11/6 edition of NXT from the ECW Arena against Ridge Holland & Ethan Page. Ray appreciated the offer, but Ray politely declined the offer.
- After Ava spoke with Rob Van Dam, Kelani Jordan & Nikkita Lyons confronted Ava to each demand a shot at the NXT Women's North American Title.
- Shawn Spears & Brooks Jensen confronted The Family (Tony D'Angelo, Luca Crucifino & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo), but the interaction stopped when D'Angelo got a phone call from none other than the leader of the Full Blooded Italians Nunzio.
- NXT Heritage Cup Match: Charlie Dempsey (c) (w/ Myles Borne, Wren Sinclair & Tavion Heights) def. Lexis King (w/ William Regal) via Pinfall (German Suplex Bridge) (2-0).
- There was a video package previewing her match between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker for next week's NXT.
- ZAIRA def. Brinley Reece via Pinfall (F5).
- Cora Jade, NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez & Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Jasmyn Nyx & NXT Women's North American Champion Fallon Henley) after the match to try and attack ZARIA. Kelani Jordan, Giulia & Stephanie Vaquer joined ZARIA in the ring before former TNA Knockout's World Champion Jordynne Grace joined in. The babyfaces laid out Perez, Jade & Fatal Influence.
- Kelani Jordan def. Nikkita Lyons via Pinfall (Split-Leg Moonsault).
- Adrianna Rizzo attacked Nikkita Lyons after the match.
- Ethan Page came to the ring for a promo, but Ridge Holland immediately interrupted him. Both argued about getting a shot at the NXT Title held by Trick Williams and said that Bubba Ray Dudley had rejected Williams's offer. Bubba Ray Dudley interrupted to have a "talk" with Holland. Bubba Ray buried Page & Holland's careers for dissing the "Busted Open" radio show. Page and Holland attacked Bubba, but Trick Williams made the save. Bubba Ray then accepted Williams's offer for next week.
- Kelani Jordan, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, ZARIA, and Jordynne Grace spoke backstage before Rhea Ripley appeared to meet with ZARIA.
- As Eddy Thorpe was speaking with Ava, Robert Stone, Stevie Turner, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez attacked Rhea Ripley in the NXT Parking Lot. The attack busted Rhea open above her eyelid.
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Nathan Frazer & Axiom (c) def. Je'Von Evans & Cedric Alexander via Pinfall (Chase The Dragon on Alexander).
- Je'Von Evans and Wes Lee brawled to the back. Ava & RVD separated them before booking them in a singles match for next week to end the broadcast.
