The "Phenome🐬nal One" absent from WWE's event despite being advertised.
During Friday's WWE live event at Madison Square Garden, the current WWE Champion AJ Styles was slated to team up with his WrestleMania 34 opponent Shinsuke Nakamura to take on Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn. Before 💜the match began, the two former NXT Champions ambushed Styl💫es & Nakamura.
The official for the matc⛄h threw up the "X", which lead to AJ Styles being helped to the back.
"The Face That Runs The Place" eventually came back to the ring to save Nakamura from getting beat down by Owens & Zayn. There were photos that surfaced of Styles exiting the ring a꧋nd the caption of those photos noted that Styles was limping, but nonetheless walked out on his own. Styles was set to appear at WWE's live event in Odessa, TX last night, but he did not compete as advertised.
UPDATE:
has reported AJ Styl꧑es is injured and will be back📖stage at Raw being attended to by WWE medical staff. The extent of the injury is unknown.
