Marina Shafir will be🐼 making her professional wrestling debut
In May, WWE announced Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke were both signed and reporting to the WWE Performance Center. Both athletes have professional mixed-martial-arts training and are friends with WWE wrestler Ronda Rousey and NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler.
On Twitter, Shafir shared that she will be wrestling at a NXT l🥂ive event in Largo, Florida.
The Largo event will ♓be on July 26th according to the WWE website.
Shafir is mother to the son of NXT wrestler and Undisputed Era member 🎀Roderick Strong. She fought in three professional MMA bouts and won one of those. She is also a champion Judoka.
Jessamyn Duke will be making her NXT debut as well aও🌄t that same live event in Largo.
Fightful Wrestling will be 🦂covering any additions to the NXT roster including Duke andꦕ Shafir as they move on from the WWE Performance Center.
