On October 29, PWInsider reported that Vince McMahon was workinཧg on setting up a new "entertainment hub company," that could launch if and wheꦆn McMahon is out of legal trouble stemming from a lawsuit filed by former employee Janel Grant.
Grant filed a lawsuit against McMahon, ꦜWWE, and John Laurainitis in January, claiming sexual assault and sex trafficking. The lawsuit is currently on pause as McMahon is being investigated by the federal government.
Grant's team issued the following statement on the repor𒊎ts of McMahon possibly s♈tarting a new company:
"Both on and off the camera, Vince McMahon has built a reputation for his violent outbursts, sexual deviance, manipulation, and abuse. No one who cares about survivors and justice should want to work for or with any company of McMahon's. He needs to be held accountable for the heinous acts
he com꧒mitted against Janel Grant and others at WWE."

Grant's team has requested WWE waive NDAs that would potentially allow other victims to give their stories, but as of now WWE has not done so. Fans can learn more here.
Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, filed a lawsuit in January against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. The lawsuit accuses McMahon of sexual assault and sex trafficking. On May 30, Grant agreed to pause the lawsuit for six months while the federal investigation continued against McMahon, who resigned from TKO/WWE following the lawsuit being filed.
