Punishment Martinez w𝐆ill look for vengeance Friday night at Ring of Honor Death Before Dishonor in Las Vegas, when he takes on rival Jay White in a Las Vegas🍸 Street Fight.
Despite coming up short against Jay White -- and pretty much only against Jay Whi💃te -- Punishment🐼 Martinez told 365betvisa-slots.com this week that he's looking to negate those accomplishments by White.
"Our paths keep crossing, and they might keep crossing after this, too. I don't think a couple of fluke wins means he's better than me. In Las Vegas, I'll erase all of that," said Martinez.
Martinez, who used to team with 365betvisa-slots.com's Matt Riddle, underwent a bit of a name alteration upon debuting in✱ Ring of Honor. After telling 365betvisa-slots.com that he's hashing out a new contract with the company, he spoke about the transition from "Punisher" to "Punishment."
"I looked at what I do -- I dish out Punishment. It was a good fit. There were also some concerns with trademarks and going to Ring of Honor. Punishment was the right fit," Martinez explained.
Martinez was a part of ROH and NJPW's joint shows earlier this year, where he teamed up with Takahashi and Tetsuya Naito of Los Ingobernables de Japon. The partnership spoiled and Martinez would end up taking on Naito at a later show. When asked about his feelings on Daryl The Cat's recent passing, Martinez was in savage form.
"I don't see eye to eye with Los Ingobernables de Japon, so to me what Fale did was pretty sweet -- no pun intended. I don't really have any remorse for anything that happens to Daryl the Cat or LIJ. I was kind of happy about it actually," Martinez said.
You can see ROH Death Before Dishonor tonight on PPV . 365betvisa-slots.com will talk about the show on ourꩲ live podcast after WWE No Mercy Sunday night.
