T❀he hard-hitting Drew Gulak shares aꦉ not-so-surprising job that he would have if he were not a wrestler.
While on tour with WWE in South Africa Drew Gulak attempted to take the WWE Cruiserweight Championship out of the grasps of Cedric Alexander but did not succeed. Gulak could possibly have another opportunity to do so if he can make it through the 'Gauntlet'🐼 match this upcoming Tuesday on 205 Live that will determine Cedric Alexander's opponent at the 'Greatest Royal Rumble'.
The "University City Stretcher" dating back to last fall has always campaigned for a "better 205 Live" and his idea of a better has been displayed throughout his signature power-point presentations. Speaking within South Aꩲfrica Gulak being the Microsoft aficionado that he is revealed that if he were not putting beat downs on other wrestlers for a living he would be an educator.
“If I wasn’t wrestling I would be teaching. I have a degree in behavioral science so I would be teaching sociology and psychology. I loved the sport since I was kid and I was inspired by Hulk Hogan; and I remember watching The Undertaker. I followed one of the local independent promotions at home having watched people not much older than me doing it so I said I can too," Gulak said.
Gulak was also asked about pro wrestling being questioned in terms of it being real or "fake". The former CZW World Heavyweight Champion stated that this business is all about suspending belief and that the performers in the ring are high𝔉ly trained to not actually hurt one another.
"It’s all about suspending belief and bringing fans in the moment so that they forget about their troubles. We have real stories and real conflicts that we settle in the ring,” Gulak said. “We are trained to make it look real, but it can sometimes be, but we try not to hurt each other; we are trained very highly and we know where to hit not to hurt each other,”
