Co🧸dy Rhodes did not care what 💧Kevin Owens wanted to talk about.
Cody opened up Friday's WWE SmackDown and immediately calle𒉰d out Owens, wanting to address the piledriver Owens delivered on Orton that will keep Orton sidelined indefinitely.
Instead, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis came out and said Owens was not there because he crossed the line with his piledriver. Aldis said that Owens wouldꦺ not be there until the situation was resolved internally.
Cody tried to appeal to the wrestler in Aldis, telling🦩 him to imagine being in the ambulance with Orton, talking to Orton's family not knowing if his neck is broken, and Owens telling everyone that he was the reason why. Cody mentioned Orton saying that he was proud of him after he won the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania XL.
"If I can't handle my business in the ring, what do you expect me to do?" asked C🌸ody. Cody brought up potentially fighting Owens in his front yard, but that he didn't believe Aldis wanted the champion representing the company in that matter.
Cody closed by saying that the ball is in Nick's court, but he won't be💛 waiting very long.
