Charlotte Flair earned a Championship match🥀 on her first nighꦚt back.
On Tuesday, Charlotte Flair returned to Smackdown after being away from the show since Money in the Bank. When she first showed up on Smackdown, she was saving Becky Ly🌃nch who was being attacked by Carmella.
After that segment, Smackdown General Manager Paige made a match between Carmella and Flair with the stipulation that Flair could earn her way into the SummerSlam match with a win which was the eventual result.

Charlotte drops Carmella with a boot for a near fall befor🀅e Carmella rolls out of the ring when Charlotte tied for a figure eight. Charlotte then hits a moonsault off of the barricade before hitting a bull dog for a near fall, then Carmella counters the figure eight🌳 once again and drops Charlotte with a superkick for a very close near fall. Charlotte then submits Carmella with the Figure Eight for the win.
Winner: Charlotte defeats Carmella via submission with the Figure Eight to gain entrance to the Smackdown Women's Championship match at Summerslam.
