Andr🌟ade has addressed the rumors of his release request, confirming them to be ♛true.
On March 12 it was reported Andrade requested his WWE release on Monday, March 8 at the WWE Raw tapings. His requ💝est wasꦏ not granted.
Ahead of the report, Andrade changed his Twitter handle from @AndradeCienWWE to 🐽@AndradeElIdolo and removed WWE references from his Twitter bio. Taking to his Twitter on Thursday, Andrade confirmed that the rumor of his release request was true.
"The rumors are true and I don’t know what the future holds but I want to make my dreams come true. thank you for giving me so much support these last days Los rumores son ciertos y no se lo que me prepara el futuro, pero quiero hacer realidad mis sueños. Gracias por tanto apoyo," he wrote.

Andrade hasn't wrestled since the October 12, 2020 episode of WWE Raw when he lost to Angel Garza. Following the bout, he and Zelina Vega were attacked by 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss. He was not drafted in the 2020 WWE Draft and repoౠrtedly underwent a🦄 minor elective procedure in October.
