Current UFC flyweight champion Deiveson 🐟Figueiredo and former champ, Brandon Mo൩reno, are set to meet for a fourth time at UFC 283 on January 21 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Reporter Rodrigo Del Campo González was the first to report the news of the matchup being in the works , with Figueiredo also confirming the booking himself . The promotion itself, however, has yet to officially announce anything regarding the bout. Figueiredo and Moreno went to a majority draw in their first meeting at UFC 256 in December 2020, in what was an instant classic fight. Moreno would make a defi❀nitive statement in their rematch though, submitting Figueiredo in the third round via a rear-naked choke at UFC 263 in June 2021 to become the first Mexican-born UFC champion in the history of the promotion. The Brazilian champion then would reclaim his title in the pair's trilogy bout at UFC 270 earlier this year, where he defeated Moreno via a unanimous decision. Moreno most recently defeated Kai Kara-France at UFC 277 via a third-round TKO to become the interim UFC flyweight champion, ultimately setting up this fourth meeting with Figueiredo.
Figueiredo tried to put More☂no away, but💎 the champ was unfazed --
