Former UFC featherweight title challenger Chad Mendes made his bare knu💦ckle boxing debut this weekend and already he is comparing his pay from BKFC to his pay from the🦩 UFC — this and much more on Wednesday's social media roundup.
Chad Mendes opens up about his pay in his first BKFC bout
It is no secret that i✃n the MMA world, Chad Mendes is a relatively big name which a lot of people like watching fight.
However, this past weekend, Me🗹ndes completed his switch from MMA in to the world of bare knuckle boxing.
Mendes was successful and looked fantastic in his debut this past weekend⛦ against Joshuah Alvarez at KnuckleMania 2 where he won via TKO in🌺 the fourth round of the fight.
Mendes' switch to BKFC surprise🉐d a lot of fans as he is still at a good age to compete in the UFC and could do so at the highest level. Despite competing at KnuckleMania, Mendes is still under contract with the UFC and they let him compete in BKFC.
In aღ new interview, Mendes has opened up about his payment from his BKFC debut and has compared it with his other big fights in the UFC.
Mendes revealed that in his bare knuckle boxing debut, he m🍬ade more money than he did in his bout against Conor McGregor at UFC 189 as well as both of his title fights against Jose Aldo. Again, this is a pretty bad look on the UFC from a fighter pay perspective given Mendes is a big name in the company and has been involved in a lot of big fights.
Chad Mendes says he made more money for his BKFC debut this past Saturday than he did for any of h💖is UFC fights, includ⛦ing both title bouts and UFC 189 against Conor McGregor.
