He sat at the announce table at SmackDown for several years. This isn't his first rodeo.

“There’s always pressure,” Booker told . “WWE is a machine. Being on Smackdown or RAW, I wouldn’t say it is not the same because they are two totally different brands, two different entities, but I am looking forward to working with Michael Cole and Corey Graves and giving it my brand of commentating. Booker is also no stranger to th🦄e world of tag team wrestling, having shook up the world of WCW with his brother Stevie Ray in Harlem Heat back in the 1990s.  So when he ha🅺s praise for Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson, you know he's qualified to give it.

“Tag teams aren’t made; they are born,” he said. “Seriously, I look at the Nasty Boys, Steiner Brothers, Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, Midnight express, Harlem Heat ... Gallows and Anderson, these are two guys who have watched each others backs for years. They are the true blood brother tag team. They’ve been together in Japan and other places.”

Booker runs an independent wrestling promotion called Reality of Wrestling, and there's talk it might end up on the WWE Network. Regardless, he's sure that the WWE Superstars of tomorrow are currently wrestling for his company. As far as getting the product onto the network, Booker says "it's something that we want to do. It’s a process. We’ve been doing it for 12 years that I’ve had my school and for about four years we’ve been on Houston television. It’s one of those things a lot of young kids are trying to get to the business. Wrestling has been that underground sport and for me I wanted to show them on how to create our own. We want to be the triple A of professional wrestling.”
